Zbulo is a global online marketplace that empowers individuals and businesses to list, discover, and trade products and services in one easy-to-use platform, starting with Albania and Kosovo.

Zbulo is a cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile marketplace for buying and selling new and used items across multiple categories (e.g., cars, bikes, computers, and general goods). Sellers create listings with images and item details, and buyers connect with sellers through an in-app chat module to negotiate and finalize the transaction offline. Zbulo does not process purchase payments for items; payments are handled directly between buyer and seller. The platform monetizes through Stripe payments for “featured” listings, which receive top placement across listings for a defined duration. A web-based admin panel governs platform operations, including category management, user management, business user approvals, and listing moderation actions such as removing listings.

Goal 1
Provide a single marketplace to discover and list items across a wide range of categories and price ranges.
Goal 2
Enable fast buyer–seller connection through in-app chat while keeping transactions offline.
Goal 3
Support two seller types (individual and business) with an approval workflow for business accounts.
Goal 4
Maintain platform structure and control through an admin-managed category and user system.
Goal 5
Monetize via optional paid visibility (featured listings) without becoming the intermediary for item sales.

In many local and regional markets, buyers and sellers lack a single, trusted digital platform to discover, list, and exchange goods across diverse categories while maintaining privacy and direct control over transactions. Existing solutions often introduce friction through complex listing processes, limited visibility options, weak moderation, or mandatory platform-managed payments that reduce flexibility. Business sellers also struggle with unverified marketplaces that offer little control, limited insights into listing performance, and no structured approval or analytics, making it difficult to operate professionally and build trust.

Zbulo addresses these challenges by providing a cross-platform mobile marketplace that enables individuals and businesses to buy and sell new and used items through a simple, privacy-first, and offline transaction model. The platform supports fast buyer–seller connections via in-app chat, optional anonymous listings, and flexible listing management across multiple categories. Business users benefit from an admin-approved verification workflow and access to listing analytics, while sellers can increase visibility through optional, Stripe-powered featured listings. A web-based admin panel ensures strong platform governance through user management, category control, and listing moderation—delivering a scalable, controlled, and user-centric marketplace experience.

Zbulo strengthens the overall marketplace ecosystem by centralizing discovery, communication, and governance within a single platform while keeping transactions flexible and offline. By reducing reliance on fragmented external channels, Zbulo improves transparency, trust, and user engagement through in-app chat, structured listings, and admin-led moderation. The platform enables individuals to participate easily in local commerce and empowers businesses with verified presence, analytics, and visibility tools. As a result, Zbulo increases market efficiency, improves listing quality, and supports sustainable growth across multiple categories and regions.

Zbulo was delivered exactly as envisioned—a scalable, mobile-first marketplace with clear role separation and strong administrative control. The team successfully implemented a smooth buyer–seller communication flow while keeping transactions offline, which was critical to our business model. The Flutter-based cross-platform approach helped us launch faster on both iOS and Android without compromising quality.
