Apployee CRM is an enterprise workforce management platform with built-in telematics and health tracking, developed for a company managing vehicle fleets and drivers. It serves as a comprehensive CRM (Customer/Company Relationship Management) combined with a coaching and compliance system for employees on the go. The platform supports multiple companies under one system, with role-based access for Super Admins, Company Managers, and Drivers. Managers use a web dashboard to oversee driver performance metrics (like driving behavior, delivery times, fuel efficiency) and handle administrative tasks such as contracts and training modules. The Drivers, on the other hand, use a mobile app to receive real-time feedback on their driving (e.g., alerts for hard braking or speeding), view health data from wearables, and engage with assigned training content or coaching tips (including content from an AI assistant named “ROBBI”). The system thus ties together data from vehicles, wearable devices, and company records to provide a 360° view of employee performance and well-being.
By integrating telematics, wearable health data, and AI-driven coaching, the system provides a 360° view of workforce performance. Managers gain control over contracts, compliance, and analytics, while drivers receive live feedback, training, and performance summaries through their mobile app.
